What is a Notice of Transfer?

A Notice of Transfer is issed by the court informing parties that their claim has been transferred to the local court for hearing.

If the defendant is an individual, this will be their local court. If the defendant is a business, then this will be the Claimant or Claimant solicitor's local court.
