How will I know an acknowledgment of service has been filed?

When the court receives the acknowledgment of service you will be sent a Form N10 (notice that acknowledgment of service has been filed).

It will tell you the date it was received, whether the defendant intends to defend all or part of your claim, the name and address of the defendant's solicitor (if a solicitor is acting for the defendant) and any change in the defendant's name and address that is mentioned in the acknowledgment.
